30 min Specific Focus Area
Massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release & Neuromuscular massage techniques for the release of muscle tension and pain relief specific to one area of focus. Generally a shoulder, foot, hip, leg, or neck. For more heavily muscled individuals, or those requiring more detailed specific work, covering a greater portion of the body, a 90 or 120 min massage is recommended. Client may instead opt for Reiki or Craniosacral therapy vs manual body work in the 30 minute session.
60 min Relaxation or Therapeutic
Massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release & Neuromuscular massage techniques for relaxation or the release of muscle tension and pain relief. A mix of lighter and deeper tissue work for pain relief and the release of hypertonic muscle tissue. Session may be utilized for the full-body experience, or work specific to one area of focus. For more heavily muscled individuals, or those requiring more detailed, specific work, a 90 or 120 min massage is recommended.
90 min Therapeutic Relief
Massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release & Neuromuscular massage techniques for the release of muscle tension and pain relief. A mix of light & deeper tissue work, for pain relief and release of the hypertonic muscle. Sessions are generally utilized with the full-body experience in mind and may include one area of focus. Recommended for those who work hard or play hard.
120 min Therapeutic Relief
Massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release & Neuromuscular massage techniques for the release of muscle tension and pain relief. A mix of lighter & deeper tissue work, for pain relief and relief of the hypertonic muscle. Recommended for those who need, or prefer, a little extra time on the table, or who have several focus areas of discomfort to be addressed.
Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Cancellation Policy - 24 hour advance notice is appreciated
This allows the opportunity for others to schedule an appointment. Please be considerate of other clients and your therapist's time. Failure to give 24 hr notice of cancellation may result in being charged in full for your scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show,” and may be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened in order to accommodate subsequent appointments. You will be responsible for the full fee for the session.
